Remember that each month there are 2 types of payments.  The first is the club payment that needs to be made to Eric, either by Check or Venmo.  This is for tournaments that the team has been entered into, court time for practice, and the coaches' USAV membership fees.

 

The second payment is paid directly to the coaches- which is their monthly salary and tournament per diems (based on how many tournaments and how many days the tournaments are)).   In December we don't have any tournaments so the coaches' payment is just their monthly salary.  In Jan we have 2 tournaments (one is a 1 day and one is a 2 day tournament).  Therefore the daily per diem ($30/coach/day) adds $180 to the Month of January (3 days times 2 coaches).  Divided by 10 players is an extra $18 per player on top of the coach's monthly salary ($9 per coach).  I hope this makes sense
