Directors and Coaches
We have a dedicated team of coaches and mentors who are passionate about developing young volleyball players. Our coaches are some of the best in the area and love to coach athletic players who want to get better.
Our final roster of coaches will be set once we see how many and what teams we will have.
Club Directors
Club Director/Training Coordinator
Eric Shick
Eric has over 29 years of experience in coaching volleyball and has helped numerous players reach their full potential. He is dedicated to teaching volleyball fundamentals and instilling a love for the game.
Assistant Club Director
Anne Huntley Crouch
Anne Huntley will be assisting as the Assistant Club Director of Local Girl. She is in charge of the Team Selection Committee.

Sub Coach
Jena Cumbee
Jena played in High School and has coached both at the JV and middle school levels. In 2025 Jena coached the Local Girl 13s team. In 2026 she will not be taking a team but will still be helping out the club.
Head Coach
Anne Huntley Crouch
Anne Huntley played for Magnum Volleyball Club and also Lexington HS. She played for a State Championship in 2019. She recently graduated from USC. In 2025 she coached the 12 Black team
Assistant Coach
Bella Head
Bella played volleyball at Aiken HS where she won a State Championship in 2022. She played for Magnum and Rogue Volleyball Clubs and has a passion for coaching the next group of future State Champions. Last season she coached the Local Girl 10s team.

Gracie Roland

Kaitlyn played at both White Knoll and Lexington High School. She is currently attending USC after playing her freshman year at Presbyterian College. In 2025 Kaitlyn assisted the 12 Blue team.
Gracie played high school ball at Gilbert High School and played Club for Intense. She is currently finishing up at USC Aiken. In 2025 she was the head coach of the 12 Blue team.

Jasia Brunson
Jasia was an All-Star and All-Region player at Lexington HS. She has also played club for Stars and Rogue. In 2025 Jasia was the head coach of the Local Girl 15s team. She has also been coaching camps for a few years in the Lexington area with younger players.
